Cancellation Policy:

Because we need to reserve instructor time and facilities far in advance of the training, the following cancellation policy applies to your registration:

• 0-15 days in advance – we’re not able to offer a refund, but we can give you credit for another Strategic Doing Practitioner’s Course that’s offered by the Strategic Sandbox – for any questions, email bkolenich@thestrategicsandbox.com. 

• 16-60 days in advance – 50% refund, or credit as described above

• Prior to 60 days in advance – 100% refund.

Class Cancellation:

The Agile Strategy Lab may occasionally find it necessary to canacel a workshop due to low registration numbers. Registrations are dependent on having a minimum number of people to cover the costs of the workshop. IF the need to cancel a workshop should arise we will notify you at least 2 weeks prior.   If you are traveling to the workshop, please feel free to check in with us prior to finalizing your travel arrangements. If we cancel the workshop due to low enrollment, we will transfer your registration to an open Agile Strategy Lab workshop or issue you a full refund.
